Once again the internet went down and tech support will not come for a couple of days. Last couple of times the internet went down I was working remotely from home and had time sensitive tasks that needed to be done. I live in the Bronx and each time this has happened, I’ve had to borrow a laptop and go all the way to manhattan to find a business that could accommodate using their slow WiFi. I did not pay for internet service just so I can take a train to some random coffee shop in a different borough for internet and I had to do this for a week or more each time. Currently I have started a new job and on the second day of working for them I again lose service and have to wait days for a resolution. I am just about ready to change providers because the customer service and support has been little to no help.
