Verizon has the worst internet service ever! Our internet in the area where we reside is so slow and calling Verizon about it is useless! We ordered a new router after being told that was the problem. They sent us a defective D-link which we have to keep resetting 4 to 5 times a day. When I called to complain I was told that there was a problem with our router and would send us another one for $51.00 after just paying for a new one last month! After a very lengthy discussion they decided that they would send us a replacement. ( which was sent to the wrong address again!) The speed test on the new one this morning is 0! If you have other choices don't choose Verizon for your internet!
