Terrible verizon service and tech support

DSL drops or servers are down continually. They certainly don't adjust my bill for time they are down and I can't use my internet.

Their tech support gave me erroneous advice and said my current Westell 6100 modem was faulty and out of warranty. They sent me a Dlink2750B that they charged me for and it is worse than the old Westell I have. In fact it drops the signal far worse.

The whole time there was NOTHING wrong with my Westell modem. It was that their server was down as usuall!

I will contacting Maryland BBB and Consumer Protection.

Now they want to charge me $35.00 restock fee for a modem they advised and I never even needed.
