So I have FIOS 100MBPs triple play and I just added Verizon Wireless unlimited for the first time. Now FIOS tells me that I have to upgrade to the Gigabit plan to get the deal.  I thought Verizon had turned a corner on customer service but now I can see they are just as dishonest as ever and don't care about their customers. I've been a FIOS triple play customer for over 10 years. What a shame.

google your states attorney generals office and file a fraud complaint. Additionally contact the FCC at http://www.fcc.gov under their complaint link. You could also notify your states Public Utilities Commission or Public Service Commission of the situation.
