I cannot believe how rude this tech support lady was tonight. I'm considering cancelling my 18yrs with Verizon because of this nasty woman!
I have not been able to access my email 9/15 and now again 9/17 and was informed it won't be active until 9/19. Like most, I set up my sub acct to be my work acct so I cannot answer work emails.
When calling tech support tonight, the woman was just plain snarky! Who can I complain to about how she treated me?
