I was doing cable management and I guess some tension caused my fiber cable coming into the ONT to split into two. Is there any way to fix this issue or replace the cables without having to get someone from Verizon?

No. You will need Verizon to come out to fix the fiber. The equipment to splice fiber isn’t cheap. You need a Verizon tech to re-run or splice the fiber.
