Hours and hours of useless powering on and off (why didn't I think of trying that 12 times...?) and resetting (genius!). Way to go VZ. Kudos as well for asking me what worked last time ("when was that again? Why would we, the service provider keep such records?"). It was barely a month ago btw. That series of calls probably only took 5 hours or so I guess you improved this time to 2. Keep working on customer service and one day you'll be as good as the DMV. I could not be less excited for our move next month. I'm sure I won't have to spend days making sure things work.
There are a bunch of FiOS users here who are willing to help other FiOS users fix problems.
