I received this email on March 12 (2 months after I signed up for the home internet service / day after my birthday). I assumed it was a "nice to have you on board" offer. But the link doesn't work. Talked to an agent who suggested trying out on incognito or a different browser, but it led me to my home offers link page. That page doesn't show any Fire HD 8 tablet offer. It shows me other offers that I have redeemed but not this one.
Talked to another agent who was unable to help me out. Why on earth would Verizon send this email and then tell me I am not eligible for this? Sounds so misleading! Is there any way for me to claim this tablet?
