Unable to connect FTP

Problem:
I can't access my Asphostportal hosting account via FTP from Verizon. The problem has existed since at least July 17th; however, the last successful FTP access from Verizon was on June 22nd. I haven't had an issue with accessing this site since I got Verizon internet access over 15 years ago.

What I have done:
1. Tested to see if the problem was with my password - not an issue - accessed via FTP test external to Verizon
o ftptest.net website
o other ISP (Comcast) - got through fine
o accessed via phone (AT&T)

2. Tested to see if it was an issue with my computer, same problem on my MacBook too.

3. Tested Asphostportal connection:
o they had me test my ports: port 21 is open and fine
o Had me run a trace route
o Confirms that this is a verizon issue.
o Rebooting the Actiontec router/modem yielded the same results. Not the router.

What is the prefix or prefixes of the destination website? Please use the BGP watch glass https://www.verizon.com/business/why-verizon/looking-glass/ to determine whether this a route advertisement issue.
