Unable to verify email and get on Autopay on both Fios Website and Apps

I am a new customer and my experience has been a disaster.
1) The system keeps asking me to verify my email and I did. But everyone it leads to this error message

2) I have been trying to set up Auto Pay and get the Autopay discount for the past 2 weeks. Enrolled and entered my debit card information. But the system still show 59.99 per month instead of 49.99 per month. I called Customer Service 2 times. The Agent only said the request is pending and asked me to call back the next day. At one point the website did even let me to see my payment information. VERY ALARMING.
