I just recieved an upgrade after about 10 years because a tech pulled my "cable" from the street box. Now after never having to deal with customer service i have been on the phone atleast 3 times. The reception is horrible. I've had to rest or restart a minimum of 20 times . I thought an upgrade would make life better...
Anyone else having these problems? I think I pay too much to have these constant issues.
