Hi, I currently have the 50/25 plan, and I know it's not realistic to achieve those speeds through wireless. What I find intriguing, however, is that when connected wirelessly, the upload speed usually turns out to be higher than the download speed. Sometimes it's not by a whole lot (20/22 for example), but sometimes upload would be about twice as fast as download (10/20). The computers farthest away from the router would of course get even more diminished speeds, but upload is still consistently faster.
I live in a fairly congested area, so interference is definitely a factor, but wouldn't it affect the upload just as much the download?
Any insight would be great.

Connect a PC wired to the router and test your speed. If you see the same slow down then call Verizon. I suspect you'll wind up calling them, but they only guarantee their speeds wired, so eliminate the wifi variable just to be sure.
