I have been a Verizon Fios customer for 1 year, paid my bill on the time.

I moved to another place, and I wanted to keep my Verizon Fios in my new building. New building also supports Verizon Fios.

The customer service CLEARLY told me I don't need to pay another Set-up fee since I was already a customer and since I was moving my account to another location.

Now I saw in my bank account they are charing me 100$ for the set-up fee. I called the customer service and explained the situtation and they say they can't do anything about it as they can't hold customer service representative responsible on what they told me on the phone.

This is simply LYING and STEALING my money.

NEVER USE VERIZON FIOS.
