I have roughly 1 gig down and up, however right now my upload is hitting anywhere from 2Mbps to 20Mbps?! It is normally round 800+
Is anyone else experiencing this?

We run a home business, this is a big problem.
Hard wired or wireless? Did you try different servers? I have 100/100 and on Ookla one server gave me 100/116 and another 30/117. Are you actually having routing issues?
Wired, CAT 6.
Tested on 2 wired desktops.
Tried various servers and speed test sites. All gave the same range.
Verizon reportedly did have an issue in my area in the early AM so it might be related
