Verizon Fios Internet Speed Keeps Dropping – Any Fix?

Hi everyone,
I’ve been having an issue with my Verizon Fios connection for the last few days. The internet speed keeps dropping randomly throughout the day. Sometimes it works fine, and then suddenly it slows down so much that even simple browsing takes forever.
I already tried restarting the router, updating firmware, and even checking for loose cables but still facing the same problem. I contacted Verizon support and they said everything looks fine from their side, but clearly it isn’t working properly.
Is anyone else having this issue recently? Any suggestions on how to fix unstable speed or improve connection reliability? Would changing router settings help?

Verizon doesn't have Fios where I live, so I don't know the answer to your question, but I asked a moderator to move this thread to the Fios forum, as there are a number of forum regulars who hang out there who are conversant with Fios and may be able to provide some input for you.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
