My PS5 Controller welcome offer said it was eligible to be redeemed on July 20th, 2022, but when I went to the tile all it had was a learn more button. I spoke to multiple agents that said it was nothing they could do and to call support, but the number they provided was not working. Is there any way to actually get this controller?
