Verizon Fios bad customer service

I canceled my non Fios internet weeks ago and I’m still being billed. When I looked into why I was being charged because they didn’t cancel the land line that they said came with the non Fios internet. I want to file complaint and have my account deleted from Verizon Fios. I’ve never been so disappointed in a company that I have paid for years to have. Really bad customer services
