Verizon/Fios not returning my deposit back

I returned my Router in October end and I have still not got the deposit back .
I have contacted the chat support almost 10 times now … Everytime they say u will get the deposit in 5 business days . I have almost wasted 15-20 hours just chatting and no positive outcome came out of it .
I don’t know why they are not taking it seriously… Or maybe they just don’t return the deposit ?
After this experience I can’t even think about switching back to Verizon or Fios . Also mentioned this to people who wanted my advise on getting a new connection. I don’t think I have been troubled by any service giving my deposit back like Verizon did .
I hope this message reaches to a lot of people and they are careful about this in Verizon .

Returned my Router in September. Still have not got the deposit back . Have had the conversation with the chat representative almost 20 times … They always say u will get it in 4 days . Specically asked them to escalate and they did not
