Verizon Fios order status is on hold

Hello
I recently moved to a new address and placed an order on 5/5/24 for Verizon Fios with the self install kit since there was an existing ONT and I have routers from my prior address(which also had Fios). However, today is 5/24/24 and my order is still showing as on hold with the following message.
"We're reviewing the information you sent and we'll be reaching out to you soon. If you have any questions, please call us at 1.800.Verizon."
Verizon had requested a proof of address. One of the accepted forms of proof listed is a ratified purchase contract, so I uploaded that.
Can someone from Verizon please resolve this, and ensure that I have access to the internet?
