Verizon Holding Refund

Hi,

I cancelled my Internet service on 5/31 but i was charged for whole month untill 6/28.

I contacted 7 times in last four month and everytime each representative told i should get a refund of around $56. But today they are saying it has been disapproved.

Can you please escalate this to higher management?
