Verizon Home Network Protection shows as "Deactivating..."

When I open the MyFios app, I cannot access Internet > Home Network Protection. It shows as " Deactivating...Please check back later" since 10/26/23. I've done a bit or research on VZ community, several folks have received similar messages.

I've tried the following but of no avail:

1) Factory reset of router.

2) Uninstalling and re-installing the MyFios App.

3) The disable/enable HNP under "Accounts & Settings" -> "Security Settings" does not appear in my app as others have suggested.

Is there any way to enable/disable HNP outside of the MyFios App from the back end?
