Verizon Internet and Customer Service is the Worst

I have had issues with internet connectivity over the last 2 weeks.  I have called 6 times in 2 weeks, waited hours for customer service to respond, to have them fix my internet connectivity remotely (reset the box and router).  Within 1-2 days, I no longer have internet connectivity.  Yesterday, I waited for 4-5 hours on the phone to have customer service fix my internet connectivity.  It was fixed and they ordered me a new router.  I picked up the router and have no internet connectivity.  I have been on hold for over 4 hours today and cannot get ahold of customer service.  I will be cancelling my service next month.  This is ridiculous.  I would never recommend Verizon Fios to anyone.
