I recieved an email to upgrade my services from 75/75 to 100/100 for the same price, all good right!  But Verizon failed to mention that I would lose $25 a month in discounts once i upgraded.  Now, they won't put the account back after i notice my bill going up two weeks later.

SCAM!!!

Gone - Verizon Connections Discount$10 TV discount has no current expiration. -$10.00

Gone - Valued Customer $15/12 Mo$15 Phone discount extended to 12/16/19.

Clearly Verizon doesn't value me as a customer and it appears I am not alone in this nonsense:
