I have been a loyal Fios customer for more than 5 years. I just put an automated payment for my Fios internet bill. So i didn’t notice like they started deducting more money for my same 300 mbps plan. One day I called them two months ago and was in chat for for more than 3 hours . I requested to refund my money but they did not .
agent told me they can put me on 79 dollar 1 gig plan and give me 1 months free so for two months it will come 40 dollar and then they promised to put me 300 mbps plan for 39 dollar per month. And asked me to call by 11th November and I told
them in the chat that plz remind me to call or please change the plan so I don’t get charge . I did not receive any call so I called on 12th November 2024 and agent again promised like they will change my plan and they wil call on Friday ( 15th Nov 2024 by 11:30 am est ) . Again unfortunately the agent did not responded. On 12th nove or 11th I had change r the plan too 300 mbps juts to make sure that i don’t get charge 79 dollar for November month as I had lost faith and trust form Verizon agent.
Unfortunate they charged me 79 dollar for Nov 2024 bill and after seeing this I was very frustrated and called customer care and I spoke to Chris I believe and requested him to escalate to manage and correct my plan and asked him to out disconnect request for my internet .
chris agent forwarded my call to manager and call got disconnected . And I after 5 mins. Of th call my internet was disconnected . I did not expect that Chris that agent willl disconnect my internet services immediately which caused my big pain and stress.
verizon never called me back which they promised. Verizon gave me a lot of pain and my work was impacted which caused my mental stress and trauma for Verizon disconnected the internet immediately without notice.
they don’t have any courtesy to call back as they promised even after they send email that they will call me.
it’s so painful form Verizon.
