Verizon installer forgot to bury Fios cable.

Hello, 

When I had my Fios installed the installer never buried the cable. After trying to contact customer service I still have and unburied cable and no help. Also, someone today broke into my fence and messed with the verizon box outside. There are cables hanging out of it, which I am sure isn't safe. If anyone has a way to contact thier customer service I would be greatful.
