Recieved VM that I was a valued customer and that verizon no longer supports my 50/50 and wanted to upgrade me at no charge and asked that I call to confirm upgrade. Called and rep said they could not do it as I was getting a good deal with my current package and that I needed to pay. Very poor switch and bait.
