Can a Verizon support person comment on the status of Verizonmail.com and why it has been down for over 30 days with out notice to its users. Thanks. jim

The verizonmail.com service was provided by mail.com, and has been discontinued. You should have gotten an email a while back explaining that it was going to be shut down.
