Situation: Dell PC running Windows 10 connected via Ethernet cable to Fios G1100 router. Download speeds are fine (~100 Mbps), but upload speeds are limited to < 1 Mbps. On the other hand, a Windows laptop connecting to the router via wireless is able to achieve ~100 Mbps on both downloads and uploads. Verizon Speedtest shows ~100/~100 for "router", but ~100/ < 1 for "device". So I'm trying to figure out what's going on in my desktop PC or the wired connection.
I've already swapped in a new G1100 with no effect, also swapped the Ethernet cable for a new one with no effect.
In case it matters, the Ethernet controller in the Dell desktop is a Killer E2400.
Any troubleshooting suggestions will be much appreciated!

Fixed by disabling Large Send Offload (IPv4) in the Ethernet controller settings.
