Hello,
How do I go about getting my SMTP IP address whitelisted so our clients can receive our emails?

Are you using the old Vtext or VzwPix apps to send these messages? Those apps aren't supported any longer and barely work, if at all. The last I've heard about them was the filters on them were being tightened to where eventually nothing will work on them at all.
It sounds like you've got a business account with Verizon. Business customers have a new app called EMAG or Enterprise Messaging (?) which I'd contact either your Verizon rep about, if you have a dedicated Verizon rep for your account, or contact Business Support to get switched over to the new app.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.

Hey, I saw your post about getting your SMTP server IP whitelisted. That’s a smart move if your emails are getting blocked or marked as spam. A few tips that might help:
- Make sure your DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) are properly configured
- Reach out to Verizon’s postmaster or abuse team with proof of your legitimacy
- Provide Verizon with details like your sending IP, domain, and volume
Hope you get it sorted out soon!
