I have been trying for days to get my military discount for FIOS but it continuously sends me right to my dashboard, but when I try through wireless it works. When I check on my I.D. Me account it shows Verizon wireless tagged to me. I don't have wireless through Verizon, only Fios. I spoke to one person at Verizon who said to try another browser, I did and again does the same thing. They suggested I try after 24 hrs. I have now been trying for several days. They can't id me over the phone and the closest store for FIOS is over an hour away from me. How can i get my military discount if I can't do any of the above?
