WiFi works but direct line doesn't

I went to bed the other night with no internet issues and when I woke up and attempted to use my pc the next morning I no long had a connection to the internet. I am still able to connect via WiFi but the cable coming directly from the router no longer provides any sort of connection. The only thing I have tried to date is restarting the router with no success.

If none of the ports work and a factory reset did nothing, it's defective. Contact Verizon and tell them about it. They should send you a new one.
