Couple of questions.
1. What OS does your laptop have?
2. Have you tried deleting the network from the laptop and rebuilding the connection?

Has your work recently made any software changes on your laptop?
Is it your laptop, or a corporate laptop?
Do you have local adminitrator rights on the laptop?
Log into the router with a computer that has access to the network, and try to change the wireless channel, it may help.
If you do not have adminitrator access to the laptop, you may need to add the SSID and key manually. If it is a company laptop, they may have changed you local access rights or configuration of the computer, that In home Agent May not run properly.

My OS is Windows XP. It is not a work laptop, though I use it for work. I have administrative rights. I will try deleting the network connection and set it up again.
