product was mis-represented to me when I purchased it a year ago. Believe me it will not download larger files. I'm extremely upset and Verizon won't do anything about it,
Let me guess....getting a technician to ACTUALLY come to your house is virtually impossible, unless you want to fork over the $140.00 they charge for a service call.
For almost a month I was spinning my wheels with Verizon.....I called to quit service because it was so bad...they promised me that a tech would show up on "X" date. "X" date came and went and they did not show up. After I called to find out why, they said that they had fixed the problem and cancelled the work order. The problem was still there....who sets up and appointment and then cancels it on you?
The problem with Verizon is, the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. They are absolutely discombobulated!!!! I would not recommend Verizon to anyone.....just a horrible experience so far, hence my username.
