Worse customer service ever!!!!!!!!

Having issues VPN into my company network.  All my connections work, rebooted router... and no matter how many times i told the agent i have internet and my IT dept is telling me its an issue with my provider.  After 43 minutes on hold, they endup transferring me to some pay for service company.  i should have switched to Comcast when i had the chance a few months ago
