I'm trying to order FiOS internet be cause my apartment complex has it. My neighbor 10 feet across the hall from my door has it. Whomever put all the information in for Verizon FiOS put my building as 4270 and not 4276. 4276 is the right address for the building. So right now it is impossible to order FiOS. And apparently calling and chatting with Verizon is impossible because they read off a script and tell me there is no FiOS at my location but there is FiOS at 4270. 4270 is nothing, doesn't exist, no building to run wires to but apparently in Verizon database there's a building there. I'm about to escalate to corporate or regional and have them find a imaginary house that doesn't exist because they refuse to update the address even when my neighbor across the hall has the right address on his bill.
