I currently have DSL and freedom essentials together. Want to drop DSL and keep the phone service. Cannot do online (tried for two hours, keep being sent to wrong page, then unable to chat because has a robot which does not understand anything). Tried calling VZ am told up to a 2 hr wait. Are these VZ people for real? I need to change my service, anyne out there have a direct number or whatever to speak with a rep?>
