finish new service install

Trying to get new service completed at a new home construction.  Virtually impossible to get through your phone menu; got a call back today but immediately hung  up on me.  Chat window is useless, and cannot login because I do not have the new service yet.  Spoke with CS rep last week, he gave me a ticket and said someone would call back to setup onsite installation.  Please advise on the status and reach out  
to set up the installation appointment.
