how can i set up cancel service without me calling and waiting for hold on my working time?

I can't schudule a call back. It won't let me.

I can't chat to cancel service.

it is some **bleep** going on.

The only way is calling but if you call at say 9 am edt (eastern daylight time) you should get right on to them.
