internet connection gets disconnected too often.

Hellish experience!
have been with fios for a month from comcast.
very poor internet connection.
called and chatted with customer rep more than three times in one month.
internet gets disconnected at least once or twice as i watch a 30 min. youtube.
anybody can help this worthless experience?????

Many so-called experts will suggest many ways to RECONNECT but nobody can tell you with any absolute certainty as to how to PREVENT the problem of DISCONNECTIONS. Resign yourself to the REALITY that DISCONNECTIONS are a NORMAL part of the process for PROGRESS. As a form of protest against the Internet Service Provider you can switch to another ISP but you will experience DISCONNECTS there, too! Live and learn.
