7500...have to restart every 15 minutes because it loses connectivity. tech was out & said problem was outside on pole, went out & everything was fine for 3 days, now same thing again.....ready to drop this service
Please provide the modem's Transceiver Statistics. If you don't know how to get them, please follow the steps below:
Log into the modem at http://192.168.1.1/ and choose System Monitoring from the top Navigation. Then, choose Advanced Monitors from the left navigation and click Yes through the prompt. From here, click Transceiver Statistics and copy/paste the information displayed into a post here.
If you need a username and password, try the following:
admin/modem's serial number
Your Verizon Username and Password
