My msn premium email keeps saying it is checking for messages and will not load new emails in my inbox. I can send messages but nothing is coming through. I have to access my email by logging into hotmail. Does anyone know how to fix this? I emailed verizon support but the email I got back just said they were unable to identify any solutions based on the information I sent to them. After it says it is checking for messages for a while, I get a yellow triangle on the inbox and it has an error code 0X80191002. I like using the msn premium email and just clicking on the mail button rather than having to go to hotmail so I would like to fix it if possible.
