I got triple play and I got none of the services online. Does Verizon have any clue as to when my internet-phone-tv service will be back on? The first time I called, the guy made me jump through hoops by plugging and unplugging battery backup unit. He was pretty much clueless. The second time I called, I told them that the entire block is out.
Anyone else in the area on here?
