I have a vacation home in Florida and have always had Comcast. This year, because I have Verizon in MA and Verizon claimed to be slightly less expensive in FL, I switched. On October 18 I was quoted a price by Tyler with which I was quite pleased. However, Verizon does not stick to that price. First Tyler failed to bundle, then noone can confirm the price he quoted me. So I seem to have run out of recourse; everyone just tells me how sorry they are and wish there was something that could be done. It would seem logical that when Tyler reinstituted service he would have made a note of the price; would it not seem logical that this could be required? Next year, back to Comcast unless I can get this straightened out. It has taken twice monthly telephone calls including threats to discontinue my service.
