Hi team,
Even if I uploaded my document about proof of residency, I was notified I need to upload proof of residency to complete my Fios order; however, I've been unable to find where or how to upload the items. I experienced it before and my previous appointment for installation was canceled because of that. Now I have a new appointment for installation but I learned that it may be cancelled again. I tried calling but unfortunately didn't reach an operator. The message sent to me is below, let me know if I can get some help! Please I have important online meeting. I can't reach wifi yet. It is an emergency please help me out as soon as possible!!!
Thanks for recently placing an order with Verizon. Another customer is currently receiving service at the address you provided. Before we can complete your order, we will need to arrange to have their services disconnected.
To expedite this process, please provide us with one of the following:
- Real Estate Purchase Agreement or Sales Contract*
- Property Deed or Title*
- Mortgage Billing Statement*
- Lease or Rental Agreement*
- Utility Bill
The fastest and easiest way to provide us with this information is to first make sure you're registered, and then sign in to the My Fios app or the My Verizon page. Select Upload proof of residency to upload any of the requested documents.
