Not on the Internet side anyway. There have often been promotional deals on FiOS TV, such as a free DVR for 6 months for DSL customers. Those offers vary from area to area however, there may or may not be any 'deals' in your area at the moment. The best bet is to simply call up Verizon and ask.
Verizon will waive any early cancellation charges from the DSL contract if you upgrade to FiOS.
I should warn you that the process of going from DSL to FiOS is NOT seamless.
The Good news is whatever FiOS service you order, is pretty much what you are going to get. I.E. FiOS is not sensitive to line quality, distance from the Central Office, weather, or house wiring (all of which can and often do degrade DSL performance).

Well it could be seemless. Was when I upgraded.
But make very sure that you want to upgrade. Because it is a one way street. Once you go to fios, there is no going back to dsl. Now you will NEVER get me to go back, but one of my neighbors upgraded, decided that it was too much for what they wanted and then was told they could not go back to DSL. So make sure that it is what you want before you go. I've never regretted the upgrade but it is something to keep in mind.
