ok, well I have had an issue for over 2 weeks. And trust me when I have tried everything on my end except wipe my pc out. About 2 weeks ago I noticed my online gaming was getting bad packet loss over 3 games. So I checked my speeds. I used the verizon one and (3) 2nd party apps. All the 2nd party apps were showing a dload issue! a bad one. Of coarse the verizon test in this time frame always read perfect...over 900 from router and device. I have had 2 techs to my house and ruled out any wiring on the home or my pc. I have gotten to a manager and has gone up the ladder.
I want to see if anyone in the Kings grant area can check there speeds with www.speedtest.net. I am having friends in other cities check and chesapeake has been fine. If you do not game then you will never notice it. I was low as 5.5 mbs down most of the time then 70, then 200, then 669, then down to 5 again. I am trying to see if anyone else in my area is having this issue. It can not be third party outside the network as chesapeake is fine and has to be local issue. They still need to test my fiber to the house.
