I recently opened a second FiOS account in a newly purchased property. I cannot register for another verizon.com account to access this 2nd FiOS account and cannot pay my bills. I also cannot view this 2nd account on my main verizon.com sign-in. Multiple attempts to call verizon customer service were unhelpful and online chat was also unhelpful. What should I do?

When you register for (sign up) for Fios at another location you should have another separate account number. After you setup service at the other location to activate the service you should have the ability to register the account.
in some other services they will add on an additional but separate account number.
you can then pay the invoice via logging in to the Verizon portal and make a one time payment. They will also send you an invoice monthly which can either be mailed in, or paid at a Verizon Fios store or payment kiosk so you can pay the bill.
