service appointment missed for the 3rd time

I have been a verizon custome for over 25 years, including wireless, I have been in touch with Verizon customer service many times over the past 3 months to change my Fios service. Today for the 3rd time no one has come to activate my new service.
Because the old service was teminated 12/17/23 to be replaced by new sevice installation on 12/18 (which did not happen) I have no Internet or TV. I have order and service appointment email confirmations for today but no one is coming.
I have been in touch with 2 very nice Verizon customer service reps who are trying to help, but they seem unable to make this happen as scheduled.
I need to reach someone who has authority to get a technician here or at least restore my old service.
