my service plan is for 50/25 but lately ive been getting numbers like this.......

and http://www.speedtest.net/result/2595929402.png
router shows no signs of malfunction. have tried resetting it many times. my usual speeds off of the bat from the beginning of my service about 5 months ago was only 20ish/20 to begin with. ive heard of throttling but never seen it that bad before if that would be the case... and these results were from various devices so not all taken on the same one and the middle one is wired other 2 were wireless.

I couldn't agree more. I have the 75/30 package and have experienced slow responses on websites, downloads, etc. Even the Verizon website times out often. I try to go to their shop.verizon site and it gets proxy errors, or errors on adding to the cart and even timesout when I try to open a chat window. I switched off of Time Warner and beginning to have my doubts about FIOS being "all that". The main Verizon website is so slow... I really expected at least their website be fast and very responsive.

Proxy errors?? Why are you using proxies?
The Verizon website is slow to start because of all the lookups they do but normally faster once you get in. It doesn't win any awards for web design.
However Verizon internet speeds does win awards for speed.

Try running verizon's speedtest. If it shows slow response, the network Diagnostic tool, NDT was actually part of the older speedtest and displays some info which you should then post in this thread.

Those speeds on a wired connection is likely a hardware problem. Three devices would seem to eliminate your equipment. As I see it that leaves the cables/connectors and the router. Check all of your connections. If you don't see a problem call tech support. You are probably going to end up calling them anyway, and my guess is that you will need a new router. So beyond looking for faulty connections I don't see any reason to put it off.
