unstable FIOS internet connection

Hi - we keep losing our FIOS internet connection, but it always returns after a few seconds.

In an earlier thread, someone suggested that frequent WAN DHCP renewals could be indicative of a fiber issue.

I have captured a snippet of the log (without my IP address) - does anyone know enough to know if that is what this looks like? This was a period where the connection was definitely very unstable.  Unfortunately, I never looked at this log before we had a problem, so not sure what "normal" looks like.

Any other thoughts? Any suggestions if I call Verizon?
